View 14 is located on View rd in Auckland’s Mt Eden, just a short walk from the base of Maungawhau. It’s within walking distance of a huge range of cafes, bars and restaurants on both Mt Eden and Dominion roads, not to mention Eden Park for concerts and big games. There is also a supermarket close by and a dairy a few hundreds metres down the road.
It’s the perfect accommodation location for those getting married at Mantells, Glasshouse Morningside, Highwic House, Orakei Bay, Five knots, Okahu Bay, Wild & Co, and many more.
View 14 features four spacious bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a super king bed and full ensuite. The second is a large front room with two double beds. The third bedroom has one queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a king single bed and single trundle option. View 14 is suitable for 10 guests.

We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your stay so we welcome you to check in from 12pm and check out any time before 3pm.
View 14 is for your sole use. There is a separate downstairs accommodation which sleeps four that you may be able to add to your booking for an additional fee. Please get in touch to discuss this directly.
Yes, there is room for three cars to park off-street side by side. You are welcome to park an additional two cars behind this. Please note that the driveway is narrow so take great care when reversing.
Street parking is free on the weekends and parking vouchers can be arranged during the week if required.
Yes, View 14 is suitable for children. The property is set back off the road and the back yard is flat and fully fenced.
Of course! Our manager Libby is a celebrant and we can recommend everything from photographers to hair and makeup artists.
Yes, we do require a $500 bond which will be returned after your booking so long as the property has not been damaged. We trust that you will respect View 14 and let us know if any incidents occur.
You cannot host a party or event without previous consent, however we do offer small wedding packages which are outlined on our prices and packaging page and you are welcome to get in touch to discuss your plans as we may be able to accommodate you.
A cleaning fee is built in to the cost of your stay but we ask that you leave the house in a reasonable state of cleanliness by washing large dishes and stacking / turning on the dishwasher before you leave.
